A four course drink pairing option is offered for an additional $20 per person.

Appetizer: Smoked Corn Chowder with a Jalapeno Cornbread Waffle

Salad: Frisee and Endive with Pear, Candied Walnuts and Prosciutto

Entree (Choice of one): Deep-fried Turkey Breast, Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans Almondine, Sage Gravy

Dessert: Spiced Cake with Brandy Glaze
